SALT is led by a nine-member Board of Directors, all of whom are gifted professionals and dedicated talented staff. The leadership philosophy of the organization is to empower women and children who have been traumatized given the effects of South Sudan's long civil war. This requires a relationally-based, long-term approach that helps create a brighter economic future for the women and children while instilling hope and confidence and the emotional/spiritual victory found in Christ alone.
